I am giving away all my bracelets from when I was in the hospital.
When I was in the hospital for my eating disorder and self harm issues, this is what I did. We were focused so much on food and recovery I just needed something to keep my mind off of it. So I spent all my downtime making these bracelets. They have helped me in my recovery process and it just calmed me down in a way. Since it has helped me with my recovery, I’m hoping it will help others with theirs. A lot of them have motivational or enlightening words on them to keep me going throughout the day and through each meal. I want to help as many people as possible and so I have decided to give them away. I am hoping it will help you all as much as it has helped me.
I am giving all of them away and if you want one, reblog this post. You don’t need to have any special disorder to get one, it’s just a gift from me to you.
